OUR RENDER PROCESS
Work is reviewed at our fitting office, our fitters are given instructions accompanied by detailed photos taken on site visit.
We tie in with the customer as required, the fitters would turn up and usually run through the job with the customer, and do any final checks.
We would prepare the property by protecting any necessary windows, floors, and fixed items as required.
If applicable, any existing render is tested for soft, loose, and spoilt render.
We would generally apply high polymer basecoat followed by a second coat with polypropelene mesh as required.
The application of the topcoat is done at this point.
We would incorporate all of the necessary ancillary items for the system within the quotation.
Finally, we would generally clean the site, and run through any snagging before leaving the property.
