External Wall Insulation has the most benefits over any other render system available.

It adds higher value to your property, especially when it comes to energy efficiency and performance.

External Wall Insulation does cost more initially due to the cost of material and extended time to install the system when compared to render-only applications.

Have a cold room in the house? Need to meet building regulations on an extension? Timber frame building? Want to replace tiles on the house?

External Wall Insulation is a great solution for these and many more reasons.

External Wall Insulation does cost more initially due to the cost of extra material and extended time to install the system when compared to render-only applications.

Here at Ecotex we also offer "Mix & Match" which is a way to keep the cost down of the installation if perhaps you only want insulation on a specific part of the property. Our expert surveyors will always be on hand to help advise you on the best ways to keep your home warm, but keep the costs down.

For example if you want your house insulated, but have a newly built cavity wall extension, we are able to match using render only for the extension (no insulation required as it should already be up to standard) this will then give you the uniform appearance most people would look for.

A mix and match example, allows you to insulate part of the property, and render other areas where insulation is not required, thus creating the uniform finish you require, at the best possible price.
