Communication Data that includes any communication that you send to us whether that be through the contact form on our website, through email, text, social media messaging, social media posting or any other communication that you send us. Ecotex Contracts Ltd may also collect personal information from publicly available sources and third parties, including:

• When purchasing our products or services, the payment gateway our platform uses may carry out credit and financial checks to ensure payment is not made fraudulently and that you have a suitable credit rating. Payment processing is exclusively processed through Barclaycard ePDQ and Barclays Bank plc. We do not collect, process, or retain your payment data. It does not exist on nor pass through our web server. We have NO access whatsoever to your payment account information.

 

How do we protect your information? 

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. 

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
